A Visit to Restoration Hardware's Flagship Store

Driving back from the wine country Sunday, we stopped in to see the new garden section at Restoration Hardware's flagship store in Corte Madera.
They have been working on it for a few months now, and I was not disappointed!

The wine stave chandeliers are very similar to mine! I am in love with their Provence Collection, the lovely outdoor wicker and teak furniture featured here. Also, it's on sale!

More of the Provence Collection with the wine stave chandeliers. Nice idea for a centerpiece. Just lavender in a crate.

The super comfortable Belgian linen sofa. Check out that clock! Oh, I wish I had a place for it.

The perfect bathtub.

I just wanted to crawl in this bed of linen and paisley--two of my favorite fabrics.

Outside, a tabletop vignette of succulents, an armillary and a sphere.

Succulents seem to be de rigueur these days! I can see why, as they are impossible to kill and thrive on neglect. I am loving how they look grouped together in this bowl.

I got a lot of inspiration visiting the store. I am definitely planting more succulents--that's for sure!

I'm linking to Susan at A Southern Daydreamer for Outdoor Wednesday.
Thanks Susan for hosting!

  4. Hi Delores,
OMG, be still my heart, I love all that beautiful furniture, and the clock and chandelier and the tabletop vignette. I want to get some new anything for the house in the worst way!!! Instead I am getting a college educated daughter. And maybe some new decking...
Ah well, I guess I can't have it all.
By the way, did you ever get to pick up your texas chairs from SB? Have you considered meeting the guy halfway in Paso Robles? I could go along for the ride to keep you company. Just a thought.
    XOXO

  6. Everyone is always kidding me that I should just move into Restoration Hardware. As I was reading this I kept saying to myself "be still my heart" and Heide expressed it perfectly! The wine stave chandeliers are out of this world and perfect with the provence collection. Thank you for the preview. I became a follower of your blog a month or two ago and I'm so happy I did.

  8. Gorgeous photos, that clock is fabulous and the lavender looks great in that crate. I am pleased that we do not have a store here as I have a feeling that if we did, I would spend a lot of money there.

  16. Oh, to have the money to just say: I want this, exactly as it is, transported to my house...I mean the walls and ceiling and floor, the whole thing...I love those outdoor rooms, now if the climate was right, who would ever want to be inside.

  17. I must head over to my local RH as I've not been in for a while - on the other hand, perhaps not!! Know I'll wish for so many of those lovely things they always have, even in a little store!

Love the Belgian linen sofa - I'm actually looking to replace mine however can't use anything that large OR that pricey. Thinking of just a basic off-white slipcovered one - loveseat size - and then toss lots of hemp/linen cushions on it to get 'the look' of sorts.

I'm in 'decorating mode' so know when these stifling hot days come to an end (pleeeease hurry!), Summer travels over, and I have some home time, I'll be raring to go!

Meanwhile enjoying, as always, your beautiful spaces Delores - you are the best.
    Hugs - Mary
