The Clock Finds a Home

Remember this clock? A recent find on a trip to Los Gatos, I wasn't sure when I bought it exactly where it would live.

It lived for a few weeks in our kitchen, propped up against the tile, under the cabinet.

Last weekend, we took it to Asti and found the perfect home for it.

Although it is a little high up there, it ties in nicely with the ironstone in the cabinet.

What do you think? Does it work here?
I'm sure loving it!

I would like to see a collection of similar clock faces of different sizes across the soffit... sort of a family of time!!!! maybe one set for Tuscany????
Also, years ago I went to the monthly street market in Los Gatos.. such a wonderful community event. Do they still have that?

  9. Dearest Delores,

It sure belongs there with the clear text on the ironstone!
The lamp is appearing to be huge against the sizes of the other items.
Just my idea as I am very keen about proportions.
