A month ago, I took a huge chance, ordering this coffee table from One King's Lane. It finally arrived last week, and I couldn't be happier!
Here it is staged this morning with my Mother's Day flowers.
Quite simple in design, it is completely covered with leather and nail studded.
The only caveat is the possibility of water stains and candlewax. I'll have to take extra precaution!
As you can see, I still haven't recovered these chairs like I said I would last year.
All of a sudden, pink is in again! So, maybe they aren't so bad?

items are up for sale. A lot of times, they are already in a member's cart. This coffee table was when I first saw it, but I was diligent and eventually it came back for sale. I grabbed it immediately!

Your new coffee table is beautiful, Delores. I love looking forward to 8 am w/One King's Lane. Just purchased a couple lanterns this morning. I've been happy w/everything I've ordered from them. I think your pink chairs look just right and your room is beautiful too.

Beautiful! and any stains and wear marks will just give it lovely patina; it's leather! Enjoy it. I'm a member at One King's Lane -- always forget to check it out!

Congrats on snagging that treasure! I love it. I think you can put a leather care product on the table and you will be fine. Can't wait to see your other find. I would leave the chairs.. they are perfect as a color accent. thanks for sharing! Hope your mother's day was filled with many blessings.

Love that coffee table. I too have been checking One Kind's Lane for tables and chests. It really is perfect....even the "pink" chairs. Love those chairs....do you recall the manufacturer? It's really hard to find chairs with back height...all the men around here are 6'2" or more and like the taller backs.

ReplyDeleteThe skin rug is beautiful there. Is it a real hair rug and, if so, how do you keep the hair from breaking when walked on..or a table on it? I have a large rug that my husband had made when he killed a large Elk. I was told never to walk on it as the hair would break off.
