Let Them Eat Cupcakes

Ashley brought a huge pumpkin home, all the way from Taos that her friend grew.
She made pasta with it, but Aaron made cupcakes.
That's what you do when you're a pastry chef!

He garnished the top with yuzu, a Japanese citrus that he candied.

And I, displayed them!
Because that's what I do!

  11. Looks luscious, Delores,
Don't you love yuzu? I recently discovered yuzu marmalade and I love it. How luck you are to have a pastry chef in the family. What is he making for Thanksgiving? Have a good one.
    Best...Victoria

  12. I just hate spelling mistakes, especially when I make them...lucky not luck. I cannot even blame autocorrect.
