It's been a long time since I've played with my Canon Rebel.
Several years ago when the blog was new, I used to have a ball with night photography, trying to capture the blue hour.
Then I got my iPhone and started taking photos with it.
But it just isn't the same.
Or as much fun!
I hope you enjoy my blue hour adventure with my old friend, the Canon Rebel...
...and my new friend, Oscar Wiley III.
Who has figured out how to get on the outdoor kitchen counter.
I've missed playing with my camera and am vowing to get back into photography.
It just may be time to get serious and take some classes!

Great shots Delores. It must be so relaxing there in the evening. Are there many bugs out there at night? Besides the dog on the counter I mean. LOL
I'm still considering a big girl camera, though I use my iPhone 5 now. It takes good photos, but .......
Your blue hour photos are lovely. Thanks for sharing.
WOW!! Your setting is beautiful! I would be taking pictures a lot out there. I just dropped my camera yesterday and when my husband came to my aid, it dropped again! Now I have to have it fixed.
I think its wonderful that you use your phone.....I do love the blue light hour. I think you caught some beautiful moments!

Oh WOW, So pretty. That view is lovely and your pics are great.
I love the image of the vineyards in the vista off of the loggia.
Wow! What a beautiful view you have. There is something so peaceful about the "blue hour" How cute Oscar is!
