He garnished the top with yuzu, a Japanese citrus that he candied.
And I, displayed them!

Don't you love yuzu? I recently discovered yuzu marmalade and I love it. How luck you are to have a pastry chef in the family. What is he making for Thanksgiving? Have a good one.
