Happy Summer Solstice!
You can find me celebrating the first day of summer as a guest blogger over at Savvy Southern Style today for Kim's Friday feature, "My Favorite Room."
Can you guess yet which room in our house is my favorite?
Then come back and tell me what you think!

Was just at Kim's and saw your magnificent kitchen, oh my heavens,
it is so charming, cozy and warm.
Simply adore it.......and that wonderful long table and chairs.
This does not look like the kitchen of a woman who is a terrible cook.
Bet you just think you are cause the rest of them are so good at it! lol
Love your green cabinets and accents, if I had to pick a perfect kitchen I think I would pick yours.
Lovely..........and know you must be enjoying it sooo much.........
Thanks for sharing it with us.
Blessings, Nellie
I knew when I saw Kim's hint yesterday evening, it was your beautiful kitchen. It is a favorite of mine.
Your kitchen is definitely one of my new favorites!!! Very warm and livable.
Dear Delores - Your kitchen is now my all time favorite! I love the color of Majolica and flirted with painting my cabinets that color myself but everyone told me it was a bad idea! Ugh! Why did I listen? Your space is absolutely gorgeous. I am your newest follower for sure!
Blessings to you,
Patti

I think your kitchen is amazing. I noticed all the Joanne Hudson pieces and I must admit I am a bit envious. I would just love her English Butter Slab....so I enjoyed seeing all your lovely pieces!

Stopping over from Savvy Southern Style to snoop around. I wanna see that lived in sun room, because I'm sure I will love that just as much as the kitchen.

Thanks to Kim for featuring you and your gorgeous kitchen. I might even be inspired to like cooking again in that set up!! It is lovely and that majolica color for the cabinets is just divine.

Enjoy your summer, here winter has arrived and I hate cold days.
Finally! A blogger from Northern California! We share the same passions and I love your style. I'm following you now and look forward to exploring your site.
I love your kitchen and breakfast room. Actually, I love all your rooms and European/French Country style! I recently found you via Cote de Texas and the Kooboo chairs. I bought some for my breakfast area and they work well for us. I'm looking at gold/yellow paint samples right now to paint our kitchen and breakfast area. Would you mind sharing the color your walls are painted? Thanks.
Yay for northern California! Andy your lovely home! I have one of the covered dishes with the slanted lids in my shop. I assume it's for a wedge of cheese?
Cheers!,
Barbara
